Hello, bf4gators.

Once you've activated QuickBooks Payments, your clients can pay invoices through secure online links using a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer.

These funds are automatically deposited into your linked bank account, though the timing depends on your account's deposit speed and the payment method used.

Here's how to check your deposit speed:

  1. Navigate to the Gear Icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. From there, review the Deposit Speed section.

Additionally, if this is your first payment through QuickBooks Payments, it may take up to five business days to process while your merchant account is being set up and verified. This verification ensures compliance and security.

Once your account setup is complete, payments typically process within two business days. However, depending on your bank’s policies, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account
