I'm not able to Manage Payment Options on individual invoices. Is anyone else having this issue?

We accept credit card payments under $5,000. When I have a larger invoice and unselect credit cards under Manage > Payment Options > Save and Close the option is not saved.

Hi, Erica. Let's work together to ensure your updated payment options save correctly and reflect properly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When you modify an invoice and update the payment options, like turning off credit card payments, the changes may not save correctly unless you refresh your account. As a result, the old payment options may still appear, even though you've made updates.

 

To ensure that all changes are accurately applied and reflected, it's a good idea to refresh your QuickBooks account by clicking the Refresh icon in your browser or by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.

 

Consider logging into your account using an incognito or private browsing mode, or try switching to a different supported and updated browser, as this can improve functionality.
