Mobile deposit is not working. Opps something is not working

Hi Doug134, could you tell me which part of the mobile deposit process you were on when the error occurred? In the meantime, we can perform a troubleshooting step to restore normal system functionality.

 

If you're using Android, clear the software data by going to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data.

 

For iPhone, go to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload.

 

If the error persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Live expert to check the cause of this problem more closely.
