There are lots of possible reasons why an account is on hold. It could be an NSF Hold (Non-Sufficient Funds), a billing hold (QuickBooks subscription), or a payment hold.
Here are the common reasons:
• When our systems identify processing patterns that pose a risk to any of the parties involved: You, your customer, or Intuit.
• When a transaction is processed after several authorization attempts and failures.
• When certain transactions require verification of your business type to ensure it is compliant with the Intuit Acceptable Use Policy.
In this case, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. This way, you'll be able to speak with our representative and determine the reason why your account is on hold.
To do that:
1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
2. Select the Contact Us button.
3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
4. Press on Let's talk.
5. Select on Geta callback.
6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about your QuickBooks checking account showing on hold you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
