Need to change a receipt payment from a check to a credit card

What's a receipt paid with a check?  Why would you enter your credit card in this way instead of using a credit card account?

If you are asking about paying an A/P bill, and you created the bill payment as a check, then it can't be changed directly. Instead, delete the check and pay the bill again, this time using the credit card payment option.
