Options for accepting payments for pizza fundraiser?

Hi, I work at a school and the students are doing a pizza fundraiser. We wanted to use the QB QR feature for sales of the pizza but turns out the amount field cannot be variable. Does anyone have another idea of an option that may allow the customer to scan the QR code and then enter an amount of their choosing. It would be great if it integrates with QB but it doesn't have to!

Thank you, Deb_J, for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. You can check for third-party software to assist and integrate with us by using our QuickBooks App Center. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. From the sidebar menu, choose Apps.
  2. To find apps, go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. To filter the results, type a keyword into the search bar or click the Browse category option.
