I can share some information about how payment links work, ericconstruction.

Sending a payment link is a great way to get paid for a single product or service from your customer. After your customer pays you, the funds will be deposited to the bank account associated with your QuickBooks Payments account.

For new users, the first set of payments is usually deposited within 5 business days. The early deposits may take a bit longer since we're still setting up your account. Rest assured, we'll deposit the payments much faster once the setup is completed. 

However, if the funds are still not deposited after 5 business days, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to look into your account and track the status of the transaction.
