Project Names on Invoices

When you create an invoice from a project (Add to Project > Invoice) the project name doesn't automatically appear on the invoice. I have figured out how to add a custom field to manually add it, but that is time consuming and frustrating. I have multiple projects with the same client and they need to see on my invoice which project it is for. Is there no way to make this an automatic add when you are creating the invoice from the project?

I appreciate your effort, Ashley. Normally, the project name should automatically appear in the customer field on your invoices along with your customer's name.

I’ve attached photos below to show where the project is located on the invoice and how it appears when printed:

Since this isn't appearing on your end, it may be a browser-related issue. Please try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private or incognito window. This ignores existing cache files and helps determine if the browser is the source of the error. Alternatively, you might try using a different supported browser, such as Google Chrome, for a more stable experience.
