When signing up for QuickBooks Payments, there are a few reasons why your application still in pending or review status. It could be due to:
Description of Products and Services
Address Discrepancy
Non-Profit Documents
Personal Guarantee
Financial Documentation
Verify Personal Information
Invalid Social Security Number
Three Months Statements
Face to Face
90 Days
If none of them was mentioned on the error, it'd be best to speak with our Merchant Services Support. They can review the details of your application and will provide further steps so get it approved.
Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
Choose Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
Enter the details of the error and hit Let's talk.
Tap how you want to reach them (phone, email, or chat).
Enter the necessary details to complete your request.
