QBO Sales Receipt

I'm happy to share insights about payment methods in QuickBooks, Cathy Tipton.

The Credit to account isn't part of the default payment method in QuickBooks Online. It could be that this is created manually to your account as one of the payment methods.

You'll want to check the Audit log to verify if that's the case. The audit log in QuickBooks Online lets you view all the changes made in your company file and who made them. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Settings and select Audit Log.
2. Select Filter.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
4. Select Apply.
