Good Day all,

How would one fine the limits one has for them to process an e-check? I feel like their is a limit based on the QB but cannot find anything to back that up or where to go in my QB. I am running QB Enterprise 24.0. Thanks for the help.

Thank you for reaching out with your questions regarding payment limits in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @lakeman42.

Yes, there are limits for processing e-checks (ACH transactions). However, you won’t see these limits directly in QuickBooks Enterprise 24.0 software. These limits are set to protect both merchants and customers from fraud.

To find out the specific processing limits for your e-checks, I recommend contacting our dedicated live support team. They are equipped to access your confidential account details and provide the accurate figures you need.

Here's how:

  1. Visit this link: quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/help/en-us/contact-us.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop from the dropdown menu and click Continue.
  3. Follow the onscreen prompts for immediate support.

Please review our support hours to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.

If you have any additional questions regarding processing limits. We’re here to support you.
