Regarding Autopay

Hello, I sent out auto invoices each month, last month my client had setup autopay and i confirmed by seeing that autopay is turned on for the client, My client’s invoice went out this morning 5am on August 30th the invoice is due on September 4th. My question is at what point from the invoice being sent out to the date of the invoice does the autopayment process send the payment?

Autopay processes 3 days before the invoice due date, regardless of when the invoice was sent. Since the due date is September 4th, the payment will process on September 1st. 
 

But if the invoice terms are set to Due on receipt, QBO will process it immediately.
