Vendor Payment address - Quickbooks Desktop

Using QuickBooks desktop V24, we need to add a payment address for our vendor that is different than their physical address.  This cannot be a manual process as the bills for all vendors are paid together using the pay bills feature.   Please let me know if there is a way to add a payment address for a vendor separate from their physical address.

Each vendor record has two addresses, similar to customer records.

 

However, bill payment checks will always use the "Billed from" address. If you want the check to so to a specific address, use that as the Billed from address.

 

There's no need to track the vendor's physical address in QuickBooks if you don't use it for payments - basically the vendor address is for.
