When something unexpected happens in your transaction, it may result in a payment hold. This is not to say that there is anything wrong. We simply require more time to review. Also, we periodically review payments to ensure everything works as intended. It'll benefit everyone involved in the payment process.
Furthermore, please know that the deposit time takes five business days after your first payment. If you notice that your first payment takes longer that's because we're setting up your merchant account. Once done, your payments will deposit quicker, typically within two business days.
You may also reach out to our Merchant Service Center so they can securely look into your account and check further about your funds being hold.
