Are you seeing an error 'Uh oh, there's a connection problem'? If so, we did have a connection issue earlier which should now be resolved. Could you please try again to see if you are able to access Payroll now. I would also recommend clearing your browser's cache. The below steps are for Google Chrome:
Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen
Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked
Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data
Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more
