Can I stop a pay run submission which has been stuck in the process of "being submitted to the ato " for nearly a week?

If the pay run isn't made using the automated super payments, then yes! You can stop or delete it. This will also allow you to edit, update, and recalculate the amounts. Before doing that, you'll need to unlock it first. Here's how:

1. Go to the Employees menu at the left pane to get to the Pay Runs.
2. Select the pay run you wish to unlock and click Pay Run Actions, then Unlock.
3. Enter in a Comment about why you’re unlocking it then hit Unlock.

To delete it, follow these steps;

1. Select the Pay Run, then click Delete Pay Run.
2. Choose Delete again to complete the process.
