When the same Tax File Number (TFN) appears more than once in a SuperStream submission, the system will reject the batch and return an error. To resolve this, review your employee list and confirm that each of them has a unique TFN recorded.

I appreciate you looking for the duplicate, but before we proceed, could you let me know where you searched for it? This'll help us understand what has already been reviewed and determine the next steps.

You can also check the workers included in the super batch to confirm which of them have the same TFN listed. Once identified, update the incorrect employee record and resubmit the Payday Super.

If no duplicate TFN is found, you'll want to delete the superannuation batch payment and recreate it to refresh the information being sent for processing.

If the error continues after completing these steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support team so they can isolate the issue and ensure you can process Payday Super.
