Can you please amend the dashboard so employees are unable to see the financials of the business they have access to?

At this time, the option to amend or modify the Dashboard menu is unavailable. However, you can limit the employees' access to your company file so that they won't see the financials of the business.

You can check out this article for your guidelines about user's types and permissions: Understanding user types and permissions.

Then, follow the steps below on how to change user's access:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
3. Find the name of the user you want to edit. Choose Edit from the Action drop-down button.
4. From the User type drop-down, select the type of access you like this user to have.
5. At the bottom right, select Save.
6. Ask the user to sign out, then sign back in to see the change in access rights.
