Customise Payslips - remove leave accrual from historical payslips

How do I remove old leave accruals from historical payslips?

I have edited the custom section for payslip content and hidden the leave accrual. but the olde payslips still download with old accruals showing.

Can I remove this, as they are incorrect and I cant correct?

We can help you remove and correct the leave accrual from historical paychecks by going through each employee's profile. With this being said, I encourage you to reach out to us directly. We will need to get your company information and this can't be done here in the Community for security reasons.

 

Here's how:

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
    4. Click the Contact Us option.
    5. Choose Callback.
