Employee does not show up in the drop down menu when creating an expense?

If you have enabled the payroll feature in your QuickBooks Online account, you can add your employees, and when creating expenses the employee name should show on the list.

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps by using new incognito window (private window) when accessing your QuickBooks Online account. Using an incognito window does not store any data file. Here's how to:

• Command + Shift + N (Safari)
• Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

Then, access your QuickBooks Online account and check if the employee name is showing on the expense.
