You can run the Detailed Activity Report and Employee Detail report in your QuickBooks Online Payroll account. The report will show a breakdown of the salary and wages paid to employees for a specific period.

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click on Detailed Activity report.
4. Select a reporting period, pay schedule and fill out other fields.
5. Click on Run report, you can also add a filter by clicking the Filter button.

Do the same process for the Employee detailed report to see the pay rate for each employee.
