Are you able to give me some more information on what happens when you are adding the new employee? In the meantime, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser for the best experience with QuickBooks Online. You can try clearing your browser's cache as well:
Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen
Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked
Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data
Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more
