I've verified that our product engineers are currently working to fix the issue. The issue occurs when accessing the Employees tab.
However, I'd suggest trying our recommended basic troubleshooting steps. This might help you process payroll. Log in to a private browser. If the Employees tab works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
Also, you can use other compatible browsers with QuickBooks like Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.
