Hi there! Is that possible to add a file which is outside AU?

If you are trying to add client file which is outside AU on your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, it is not possible. You can only add an AU client file on your QBOA Australian account.

If you would like to sign up for an account outside AU, you can visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/ and choose a country.
