How do I change and employees work type from Causal to permanent part time?

Hi vikki-lane, 

To change and employee's work type please use the steps below to get that changed:

1. When in the Employees tab, select the employee so you can bring up their Employee Details.
2. On the left hand-side, you will see the option Tax File Declaration 
3. You will see the drop down option under Employment Type, where you have the option to select Casual
4. Lastly, please scroll down to click Save to make the changes permanent.
