how do i check the logs or sms and email sent for rostering and changes

Thank you for reaching out! Currently, QuickBooks Online Payroll Australia does not have a feature to track or view logs of notifications sent for rostering updates, such as SMS or emails about shifts or scheduling.  

If you need to trace a notification, you can usually check with the recipient, as they’ll likely have the SMS or email saved in their inbox or messaging app.
