How do I resolve a ATO payroll submission with duplicate ID. I have contacted the ATO last week and they reassured me that they have received it their end?

May we know the status of the pay event and if you are getting any error message? We can check the status of the pay event lodged with the ATO by following these steps. 

 

  1. Go to the Payroll tab.
  2. On Reports tab, select Single Touch Payroll
  3. Click on the ID to view details of the lodged pay event.
