How to change pay period from Wed to Tues paid on a Tues to be from Mon to Sun paid on Tues. What is the best way do this transition financially smooth for the employees?

If you have already created a pay run (and the pay run hasn't been finalised), select Pay Run Actions from within the pay run, then select Adjust Pay Period. Enter the revised week-ending date and the date pay run will be paid. From here on out, subsequent pay runs will be created from this new pay period.

Alternatively, you can create a new Pay Run and then enter the desired Pay Period and date pay run will be paid, then run the pay run as usual.
