How to disconnect/unregister Beam?How to mark previous Super Contributions as "Paid"?

I registered for Beam, in preparation Pay Day Super, before I had marked last month's super contributions as "Paid". I didn't realise that Beam would immediately take over after registering, and thought that I could create the super contributions and then there would be an option to "Mark as Paid". Last month's super contributions is already lodged with the previous clearing house.

You can create a manual super batch and mark it as 'Paid' in QuickBooks Online for record-keeping purposes. This is the ideal solution if you have already processed your superannuation contributions manually.     

 

Here’s how:    

 

    1. Go to Payroll. 

    2. Go to Reports > Super Payments. 

    3. Click the dropdown arrow on the New Super Payment Batch button and select Manual. 

    4. Fill in the filters (Date range, Pay schedule, Contribution type, and Employing entity). 

    5. Select Filter. 

    6. Click Create Batch. 

    7. Click OK, then click Mark as Paid.
