If you are looking to cancel an existing client subscription you can do so by seeing the steps below.
Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscription and Billing
Find your client, then select the ▼ dropdown to the right of Edit Client.
Select Transfer Billing to Client
This will release the client file from your billing details, and there is no obligation for your client or anyone to reapply new billing details.
In the event that you are looking to terminate the client file and start another because you feel subscription plan is not a good fit for employee inclusions, be advised you also have the ability to Upgrade or Downgrade your subscription plan.
As a final step after Transfer Billing to Client, you can make the client Inactive which will hide the client file from your other active clients.
Select Clients.
Find the client you want to make inactive.
Select the Edit Client dropdown ▼, then Make inactive.
On the confirmation window, select Yes.
