I can not get the invoice to fit into A4 to print. I have been all through the printer settings, this has only just started since my MacBook Air did an update 3xdays ago

To fix your invoice printing, ensure you change your Mac's default system paper size back to A4 by going to the Apple Menu, as macOS updates can reset this default to US Letter.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Apple icon and select System Settings.

  2. Select Printers & Scanners.

  3. Change the Default paper size dropdown at the bottom to A4.

If this is already set to A4, make sure the paper size in your browser's print window is also updated. When you click Print (located under the Print or Download button), you will be routed to a new tab. Click Show Details at the bottom of the print window, and set the Paper Size to A4 if you are using Safari.

For Google Chrome:

  1. After clicking print, click the Printer icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click More settings, then change the Paper size to A4.

  3. Click Print.

Additionally, you can visit this article to customise your invoice template to match your style.
