I'm not able to run payroll anymore this month. Anyone else?

This month only, when I click on payroll I see I blank page. If I refresh I see the old payroll page but nothing works.

Hello there, @info2357. Display errors can be browser-related or caused by the payroll page's time limit.

 

Before anything else, could you clarify what you mean by the old payroll page? A screenshot would be helpful for us to assist you effectively.

 

In the meantime, please know that payroll sessions have time limits and may expire if interrupted or delayed. Let's refresh the page, then log out and back of QuickBooks. After that, attempt to run payroll again.

 

Additionally, consider accessing your account in a private or incognito browser window to avoid issues from conflicting extensions.

 

You can use the following shortcut keys to open a new incognito/private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, consider using a different supported web browser to access the updated interface.
