If you cannot proceed to the next screen when setting up payroll, can you please try the following:
Please try to type in the details, rather than copying and pasting
When typing each of the details, please make sure there is no space before the first letter/number
After you have typed in the address, please use the suggested options to try and select the address
If the system does not provide you with the desired address as a suggested option, then try a different address, and change it later in the Payroll Settings section
