I need to change and employees leave from carers leave to annual leave that was taken in October and lodged as carers leave but should have been annual leave

Hi lisa57, 

To remove leave that was mistakenly added to an employee's payroll whether it has been lodge to the ATO or not you can follow the below steps:

1.) Open the pay run in question. 

2.) Under the Pay Run Actions please then select Unlock

3.) From there you can select the drop down with the type of leave taken to switch it from Annual Leave to Carers Leave.

4.) Then hit save

If the change of leave has also adjusted their earnings, you will need to run an Update Event, which you can see the steps by clicking here.

In the event the earnings have not changes, you can leave the pay run finalised which will make the necessary adjustments to the leave balances.
