Hi I need help regarding my STP lodgement and have spent hours and hours over the phone with Quickbooks but hasn't been able to resolve this. Since last 2 days I have called Quickbooks numerous times and the only reply I have received is that the rep who raised the case will call you back however, I haven't received a call back at all. Because I can't lodge our business STP, my employees can't lodge their tax returns and it's delaying their refunds. My case ID is [removed]. If I don't hear back from Quickbooks after this complaint, I am moving out my business to Xero. RegardsAdnan
Pay run done as normal = $800 but he wants $100 deducted to pay his outstanding bill. So if I deduct from his pay the amount that will show in the bank account to allocate to wages will be $700 so how do I show the $100 to allocate to his outstanding invoice?
Can I separate wages by class?

I have a permanent employee and for some reason quickbooks hasn't accrued his annual leave. It is showing as balance 0 and he should be entitled to at least 31 hours or more can someone please help me as obviously I haven't set him up right
The journal posts a DR to super payable (this should be a cr)and then it posts a CR to PAYG withholding (this should be a DR to wage expense).
I need to record the amount of Reportable Employer Super Contributions for a director that does not receive any payment - just the RESC, so as to comply with latest ATO compliance.I have followed the QBO suggestions but this results in the person receiving either a negative Gross Earnings (which cannot be reported to ATO STP) or negative Net Earnings (when no earnings or payment should be recorded)How to ensure that the payroll is imply reporting the RESC and nothing else so that the information can be passed to STP each payrun??? I am having issue to integrate keypad with quick books. chart of account in payroll setting is not mapped to payroll journal. I clicked on the primary accounts- default account- wages expense account- there is a drop down list with 2 options: recommended accounts and other accounts, however there is no response regardless with whichever the option i click. does anyone know how to solve this problem?Thanks Sienna
Hi, I have questions regarding extended unpaid maternity leave. My employee's last Statutory Maternity payment was done in June. Also in June passed 39th week of payable maternity leave.However employee intend to use all 52 weeks of the leave before coming back to work. When I am running payroll for July QB starts to account salary for this employee. What is the step by step procedure to mark off this employee as on the unpaid leave?Thank you, Lesia
