There isn't a reported incident about the Employee's tab being blank when accessed in QuickBooks Online. Let's check your browser's settings making sure third-party cookies are enabled. Here's how:
Google Chrome
On the Chrome browser click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner
Click on Settings
Click on Privacy and Security, and select Cookies and other site data
Under General Settings select Allow all cookies
Safari
Select Safari on the top left corner
Click on Preferences and then Privacy
Untick the box to Prevent cross-site tracking
Once done, close your browser and re-open them and log back into QuickBooks Online, and access the Employees tab once more. I'd recommend also clearing your browser's cache as a good way to refresh your browser.
