Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get Employees page working, phildeb2012.

Thanks for performing the troubleshooting steps to enable third-party cookies in Chrome. There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full or damage causing the pages don't load properly.

To better isolate this issue, let's try accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.

If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the browser's cache to delete the temporary Internet files. You can also use a supported, up-to-date browser to be thorough.

If the same thing happens, let's clear Intuit-specific cookies refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when using QBO. Just follow the steps in Step 2: clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser section in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

I've got a link here where you can find articles about managing payroll in your account: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/payroll-and-stp/misc/02/payroll-au?label=QuickBooks%20Online.

I'm just one post away if you need a hand with running payroll or any QBO related. I'll be here to ensure your success.
