My pay run will not open

Hello lgmtas,

There's an open investigation about the intermittent issues when accessing Employees tab or running payroll.

Though the issue is resolved eventually and occurs intermittently, we can still do a few troubleshooting steps. This is to make sure you can run your payroll:

1. Open a private window and run payroll. It uses cache but doesn't store them.
2. You can also clear the cache of your regular browser.
3. Other supported browsers might work, too. Each of them stores cache, but it varies from one to the other.

Our engineers are already working for a fix to ensure you won't experience this issue again.
