This is a known issue, thepetguardians. Our engineers are working on this now, so the affected users can do a payrun.
Some users said this occurs intermittently, and they’re able to access payroll after refreshing the page. I would suggest trying it while our engineers are working for the fix.
On the other hand, please reach out to our Support. That way, they can get your account details and add it to the list of affected users. I won’t be able to ask it from here since this is a public forum.
