Not explored other options but pretty disappointed by the money grab. We paid for a full years subscription in advance including payroll and they subsequently just removed part of the subscription we paid for and charge us more money...

I know that price changes (especially in this climate) can be difficult and frustrating.

What was valuable to us was you providing the services to your customers which supported their decision to use your organisation in the first place and that they have already paid for.
