Payroll / Employees no longer connects but comes up with the error message"Uh oh, there's a connection problem'Not ideal when employees are awaiting payment

Hi there, Malcolm. Could you please clarify if your employees are unable to log into QuickBooks Workforce or if the connection is dropping within your main payroll account? Since they are awaiting payment, are you currently attempting to run and submit payroll when this error occurs?    

Please know that payroll requires a stable, high-security connection to protect all sensitive data. To maintain integrity, QuickBooks terminates any session where it detects an unstable connection, bandwidth drop, or browser-related conflict.    

To resolve this, first verify the internet stability by restarting the router or switching to a hardwired Ethernet connection, as even a momentary signal drop can trigger this error.   

I also recommend accessing the account through an incognito or private browser window to bypass the stored data issue. Additionally, ensure the browser is fully updated or switch to a different supported browser, such as Google Chrome, to establish a more reliable connection.
