Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check and ensure that third party cookies is enabled on your browser so you'll be able to access the Employees or Payroll tab.
Here's how to unblock third party cookies depending on the browser you're using:
For Google Chrome:
Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner
Select Settings
Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data
Select Allow all cookies under General Settings
For Safari:
Select Safari on the top left corner
Select Preferences then Privacy
Untick Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
For Firefox:
Navigate to the Employees tab
Select the Shield icon next to the URL bar on the top left corner
Toggle the switch off for Enhanced Tracking Protection
Once you have unblocked third-party cookies, log out of your QuickBooks Online and then log back in.
