Hi saunderscc16,

Thanks for reaching out. If you have the correct settings for third party cookies set up, you shouldn't be seeing this page so frequently. Please ensure you are not using an incognito window as cookie and site settings to do not save in these. For the best QuickBooks Online experience, log in using Chrome and ensure you have the correct settings:

  1. Open a new tab/browser and copy chrome://settings/content/cookies into the address bar. Press Enter to open your Chrome settings
  2. Ensure the first option is set to 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data'.
  3. Ensure third option 'block third party cookies' is Off.
  4. Restart your browser and login to QuickBooks.

If after following these steps you find you are still seeing this page, I would suggest you reach out to our Support Team on 1800 046 038 for further troubleshooting. You can also contact us by:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
  3. Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
