I've check here on our end and there's no reported case about this one, pollett.
To see if this is a browser issue or not, you can sign-in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or Incognito window. Then, try running a payroll again.
If it works, clear the browser's cache to remove temporary Internet and web files or use a different supported browser.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.

Click Help on the top menu.
Choose Contact us.
Enter payroll is not working in the What can we help you with? field.
Click Let's talk.
Choose Start a chat or Get a callback to connect with us.
