You can create a new payroll schedule intended for the Interim Pay and have it processed before the next pay dues. I got you covered on how to accomplish this goal.

Select on Employees from the left-hand menu.
Hit the Payroll Settings tab then tick Pay Schedules (located under Pay Run Settings).
