We have installed a MA000120 award for this client. But i could not get the pay category on it? "Children's services employee level 3.3 after 2 years"How do i get this?

While you can enter the details of the award from the payroll settings, I'd still suggest contacting the KeyPay Support. They can guide you and assist you further with the setup and the correct category to use.
