Whenever I try to lodge payslips of employees with ATO it shows error. Also received email from ATO regarding not receiving STP payroll reports.

On your STP lodgement you are trying to make through a Pay Event does it come up with a particular error message? Within the payroll system you only lodge the current year to date figures with the ATO not payslips.
