Where can I enter an employee number

There isn't any way to enter an "Employee Number" so to speak but you may try using an External ID.

This External ID can be linked to the employee when you first create them or if they are already on the system, by clicking into their name and then editing the employee details.

Scroll down to the text box labelled External ID and enter any type of identifying number for your employee.
