Open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This prevents cache, or temporary internet files from being stored in your browser.
Once logged in, go process the pay run and try to change the pay schedule. If it's successful, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This resolves any browser-related problems.
