Why can't I pay employees via phone app

The mobile app is a simplified version of the QuickBooks Online application. That is why some features are unavailable when accessing via the mobile app like the Employees tab.

To access Employees tab via your phone, you'll need to log in to QuickBooks Online using a web browser like Google Chrome or Safari browser.
